Proof Before Promises
The real lead line shows the response pathway. Your baseline and pilot data show the business outcome. We publish a result only after the customer approves the facts and the language — one client, one hard number, ever.
Ask it what happens when a customer calls at 2am with a burst pipe. Ask about pricing. Hang up and call back — it never gets annoyed, never sends you to voicemail. Calling after hours? Even better. That's the whole point.

Every plan comes with a 30-day results guarantee: if your AI receptionist isn't capturing calls you'd have missed, you don't keep paying for it. We can offer that because we can see the numbers — every call handled, every appointment booked, every after-hours capture, in your dashboard from day one.
You'll know it's working before your second invoice. We'll show you the data, not a testimonial.
We train your receptionist on your services, pricing, service area, and the questions your callers actually ask. Your number forwards. Done.
Every call answered, every text-back sent, every appointment booked — logged in your dashboard. You start seeing the calls you used to lose.
After-hours captures show up in the log. Your dashboard turns into a running count of recovered revenue.
We sit down with your numbers. If they don't justify the bill, the guarantee kicks in. If they do — and this is where most clients land — you'll have the numbers in writing.
You already know the number. Do the math with your own inputs — no industry averages, no inflated stats.
A useful measurement starts before launch. We record the baseline first: how many calls the business receives in a normal week, how many go unanswered, how many arrive after hours, and what the current booking process looks like. Without that baseline, any number after launch is a story. With it, the review is a comparison between two periods of the same business, not a comparison against an industry average that may not describe your market at all.
During the pilot we count events, not adjectives. A captured call is a call the system answered or recovered with a text reply. A qualified lead is a conversation that met the intake criteria your team approved. A booking is an appointment record created in the calendar or CRM. An escalation is a conversation routed to a person under the rules we configured. Those definitions are written down before launch so the review cannot drift into a debate about what a "lead" was supposed to mean.
Attribution has limits, and we state them. A caller who sees a text-back and books may have called anyway; a booking that would have happened through a different channel still counts in the system. We do not claim that every recovered conversation is incremental revenue. We report the counts the system can see, mark the assumptions in the model, and let the business compare them with its own close rate and average ticket. If a number cannot be supported by the record, it does not go on the page.
The review cadence is deliberately simple: a weekly look at exceptions during the first month, then a 30-day review with the dashboard open. If the workflow is not producing the outcome we expected, we change the intake, the routing, or the message before we change the story. Case studies are published only after the customer approves the facts and the wording, and illustrative scenarios are labelled as composites. That standard is slower than publishing a screenshot, but it is the only version of "proof" that survives a follow-up question.
| How it is counted | What it does not prove | |
|---|---|---|
| Captured call | Answered by the AI or recovered with a text reply | That the caller would otherwise have booked |
| Qualified lead | Met the intake criteria configured with the business | That the lead will become a paying customer |
| Booking | Appointment record created in the calendar or CRM | That the customer will attend or accept the quote |
| Escalation | Conversation routed to a person under the agreed rules | That the person resolved it successfully |

Two end-to-end scenarios — one after-hours HVAC AC failure and one plumbing sewage backup — showing how the agent answers, triages, and dispatches right away. These are composites, not customer transcripts.
